Puppy Dog
For more than a month now Gavin will pull off his socks and carry them around in his mouth. We have been trying for forever to get a picture of this.

We have finally suceeded!
We have finally suceeded!
Christmas is coming.....
This was taken at the Provo Mall last Saturday. We thought it would be so cute to have Gavin dressed up like Santa and then take a picture with Santa. I have to say that it turned out ok. I don't think we will ever wait in line for Santa again though. We got to the mall with plenty of time before Santa went on his lunch break so Corey and I decided to get some lunch. We ate, having a great time watching the line for Santa get shorter and shorter thinking that we had planned it just right. We then go to get in line and the people in front of us are holding a sign. It really took me a minute to realize that we had just missed our opportunity and if we really wanted one that day we would have to come back after Santa's lunch. Well we thought, we should do some window shopping and see Santa when he gets back. Fine, we agreed and off we went to look at all the shops. An hour later we realize that we can get in line for Santa and off we go, but wait we are not the only ones wanting to see Santa so we get in the back of an enormous line. Finally it is our turn with Santa and it takes all of two seconds for a picture. After 3 and a half hours at the mall we decide to skip getting the christmas tree that day and head home for a most deserved nap.
A beautiful day in November
So I know that it's now December and getting really close to Christmas, but I couldn't find the cord that would let me upload pictures from the camera to the computer until yesterday, so we are going back in time a little bit.

Gavin was having so much fun on the swing that he wouldn't look right at me and smile. He's such a goof.

Halloween in Cali/Parents visit

We had so much fun in California. It had been a while since Corey had been to Disneyland. It was great to go with my Dad too because it had also been a while for him. For Halloween we dressed baby up as pooh bear and took him trick - o - treating around my parent's block. This last week my parents were visiting with us and we bought Gavin a Santa suit. SO.......the pictures shown will be of these things. Have fun taking a peek.

Here in California
We have been having so much fun in Cali with my parents. We got in on Thursday night to LA and drove to their house in Porterville. Then tomorrow we will drive down to LA again and spent tomorrow, Tuesday and Wednesday there. On Tuesday we will go to Disneyland, we can't wait. For Halloween Gavin was a teddy bear and we took him trick or treating around the block. Everyone thought he was so cute, but most realized we were out for the candy for ourselves. It was so funny, one lady saw him, saw how little he was and said " Well...mom's like chocolate..." I laughed embarrassedly and smiled. She knew our secret. It was great! I will post all sorts of pics when we get back. I hope all had a good time.

1st Tooth
We have the best baby, so I have to brag a little bit. :) So many people told me that it was going to be so horrible when Gavin started teething, so we have been watching for it. I have been feeling around for new teeth for months now, seeing if I could feel anything. The last few weeks I have been doing so more constantly and hadn't really felt anything different. A few days ago I gave him some food and thought I felt something but brushed it off as crumbs. Then we were at the store and he was chewing pretty furiously on my pen and I thought there had to be something in there. There was! It was a brand new first tooth and I didn't even know that it had broken through. How cool was it that he didn't fuss, have a fever or do anything out of the ordinary. I hope that all my kids will be this awesome!
