So the lighting in our living room is really soft and nice in the mornings. So this morning I thought I would take some macro photos of a pinecone. Not realizing of course that our son loves to touch and play with anything that I'm trying to take a picture of. I should have realized, of course. So here comes Gavin over to the window sill where I have the pinecone and what does he do? Put it in his mouth. So instead of great macro pics of the pinecone, here are some macro shots of Gavin eating the pinecone.
But mom, I thought it would taste good!

I like the one that is a close up of Gavin's eyes with just a hint of the pine-cone. Good job.
